Everyone into the pool, including you Infidels!

As Islam progesses further into the public sphere, we see more examples of how non-Muslims in a non-Muslim land must abide by Muslim norms.  Footbaths at airports, spearate rooms at banks for Muslim women, accomodations for jobs, work attire, prayer times and a host of other seemingly innocuous actions occur with alarming frequency, yet every once in a while we see anti-dhimmi behavior such as this from Finland.

Finland, like most Nordic countries is an open, tolerant society with the banner of multiculturalism flying high, and yes, they have had their share of immigrant problems.  Here we see how Finnish culture and social norms trump Muslim sensibilities.

This is anti-dhimmitude, Finnish style.

Helsinki Drops Muslim Women-Only Pool Sessions

The City of Helsinki will stop reserving special hours for Muslim women to use the public pool in Jakomäki. In the future, the timeslot for Muslim ladies will be open to all women.

Score one for equal treatment under the law.  Now, how long before the backlash from Muslims complaining about how this mixing of cultures is "insulting"?
