The enduring has reached it's limits. Christians, fearing for their lives are now, and have been for a while fleeing Egypt as fast as they can. The ICC has documented thousands of requests for asylum bu Christians, and the real fear is that soon, Christians will be, in effect extinct in Egypt after 2,000 years of habitation.
It is all because of Islamic doctrine, and the requirement that Muslims either convert, subjugate or go to war with non-Muslims, especially Christians and Jews. The end is very near and nothing is being done by Western powers to stop the cleansing.

As Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood declares its intent to institute Islamic law, intelligence sources report al-Qaida is staging attacks in the Middle East nation, prompting concern that Coptic Christians soon will be driven from their homeland.
International Christian Concern's Aidan Clay says the Copts' attitude has gone from uncertainty to fear, which is driving many Coptic Christians to try to leave Egypt.
"A report from a very prominent Copt says he's getting hundreds of calls a week from Coptic Christians who are trying to get out of the country," Clay told WND in an interview. "That's an extremely sad thing considering we're seeing that throughout the Middle East. We're seeing the quick removal of ancient Christian communities. Egypt has the highest Christian population of any country and a very old Christian church there."
Clay blames the increasing pressure on the growing political influence of the Muslim Brotherhood and other Islamic groups.
"So really, there is a fear that the Muslim Brotherhood could take power," he said. "It's the same with the Salafis. They're now saying they're willing to run for Parliament."
The International Christian Concern analyst was referring to a recent report on Vatican Radio that said the long-restricted Salafist group is planning to form a political party and run candidates for Egypt's Parliament.
"In the past, Mubarak had a very hard hand on these extreme, fundamentalist, ultra-conservative groups. They were not allowed to run for government in any way," Clay commented. "But the Muslim Brotherhood had some influence and were able to get some votes."
Clay said that even though the groups were kept under control, they've long had the Christians in their sights.
"These were the groups responsible for the major terrorist attacks against the Christians. They may even be responsible for the New Year's Eve attack against the church in Alexandria," Clay asserted. "Mubarak of course blamed an outside al-Qaeda group for the attack. The Copts don't buy that; they think it was it was an excuse by Mubarak to not to have to deal with the turmoil inside of Egypt."
The issue for Copts, as Clay explained, is that both groups have promised some form of Islamic government, which would put restrictions on the Christians in Egypt.

You are right to condemn Muslim sectarian persecution, but both Christians and Muslims were, and continue to be, ethnically cleansed from Israel. How about some balance?
Over 2 million Arabs live in Israel by choice. There is no "ethnic" cleansing going on. You might want to actually live there Jay before you make such wildly misleading accusations. However ethnic cleansing IS going on throughout the Middle East when it comes to any other religion except Islam. Witness Christians being murdered & driven out of their ancient ancestral homelands by Muslims. Arabs in Israel choose to live there because it is the only DEMOCRACY in the Middle East. This is an excerpt from an article written by Arab writer Joseph Farah: The Arab population displaced by the 1948 war has been greatly exaggerated. The actual figure is no more than 500,000. Even more important is the cause of that displacement. The 1948 war was declared against Israel by all of its Arab neighbors. The refugees left Israel at the urging of those Arab states. They were told to leave because their homeland was about to be liberated by Arab forces. Of course, we all know Israel survived. Who is morally and legally culpable for creating those refugees? I would suggest it is the Arab states, not Israel.
Far from being mistreated, the Arab population in Israel and in the territories administered by Israel has been freer than the population in any Arab state. Arabs in Israel vote. They elect leaders to the Knesset. They have their own political parties. They have their own newspapers. They have full rights to citizenship. They are free to speak their minds. As an Arab-American journalist who has spent a good deal of time covering the region, I can tell you there is more freedom for Arabs in Israel than in any Arab state.
Land cannot possibly be the contentious issue as the Arab and Muslim states in the region already have 800 times as much territory as Israel. The Arabs have 50 times the population of Israel. The Arabs have all of the oil reserves of the region. They have 21 states of their own – all varying shades of police states. It's difficult to imagine how one more will bring peace to a region that has known some of the most devastating and costly wars of the last century.
But, to top it all off, I seem to be the only observer asking pointed questions about the Arab-Israeli conflict: If conditions for Arabs are so bad in Israel, why is the Arab population exploding - and I don't mean because of suicide bombers? Why do Arabs continue to flock to the tiny Jewish state from virtually every Arab and Muslim land in the world?
In 1949, the Arab population of Israel was about 160,000. Today, it is over 1.2 million (article written in 2003).
This is hardly attributable to higher birth rates. Most of the growth in Arab population is due to migration. In other words, Arabs are picking up stakes in Arab lands and choosing to live in Israel.
This trend, of course, doesn't include Arab Jewish migration to Israel. No one talks about the staggering number of Arab Jewish refugees – as many as 1 million – who fled the Muslim world with little more than the clothes on their backs to reach the safety and security of the Jewish state in the last 50 years.
We're led to believe Arabs hate Israel – and, indeed, it's true there is an irrational, inexplicable form of virulent anti-Semitism growing in the Arab and Muslim world. But when they vote with their feet, Arabs seem to love Israel. They continue to choose it as a place to live over life in their native countries as they have for the last half-century.
I'd love to hear one of the Arab nationalists explain this phenomenon. Read more: Why Arabs love Israel http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=31947#ixzz1Kjg1Qle8
