Muslims aren’t fleeing America in fear of their lives like Christians are leaving some Islamic nations...

The flood of Christians leaving the Middle East is fast becoming a deluge. In Egypt the Christian population is now at 0.9%, down from 2.9% just 10 years ago.  Soon the star and crescent will fly over the lands once walked by Jesus.

The most egregious examples of Christian cleansing are happening in Islamic countries.  Western leaders say very little, for fear of offending those very Muslims who are creating and perpetuating religious genocide.

It is not those of us who call for critical dialogue on Islam who are the problem, although the enemies of free speech try their best to make it so.  If it is Islamophobia to point out how sharia is creeping in and that jihadists walk among us, using our freedoms and laws to subvert the system then give me my card.

Anti-Christian crimes downplayed

We’ve heard outlandish allegations of Islamophobia sweeping America. Not getting nearly as much attention is the bloody persecution of Christians in parts of the Muslim world.

Every report of an Islamist terrorist plot is accompanied by a chorus of warnings against Americans hating or attacking Muslim Americans. Yet, that much-ballyhooed bigotry almost never seems to arise. The latest FBI hate crime statistics, for 2009, found that 8.4 percent of the 1,575 victims of anti-religious crimes were attacked because of anti-Islamic bias. In contrast, 71.9 percent of the victims were Jews.
No doubt acts of intolerance against Muslims can be found, and they should be condemned. But Muslims aren’t fleeing America in fear of their lives like Christians are leaving some Islamic nations.

It never fails to astound me that Muslims who come to the United States, ostensibly for jobs, security, and freedom from oppression, arrive on our shores and then try to implement Sharia law and other repressive laws found in their native countries! They enjoy the largess of the United States and loudly exercise their precious right to freedom of speech (unlike their homelands) and then try to muzzle that very same freedom. It doesn't make sense.
