The difference between Nazi and Islamic doctrine is negligible, thus their common bond from the days of wine and Reich up to today. I have spoken on the Nazi/Islam hatefest during WWII, and how the grand mufti of Jerusalem, al-Husseini was bought, paid for and used by Hitler in order to expand the genocide against Jews.
The mufti was not a Nazi, but the hatred of Jews, and the belief in a superior peoples led him to align with those having the same goals and morals (or lack thereof).
This story is a good example of that binary outcome, and the picture in the article really brings it home.

Nazi Buff Turned Jihadi Allegedly Bites FBI Agents
A Pennsylvania man who has posted jihadi songs and pictures of himself in Nazi garb online allegedly bit two FBI agents and reached for a loaded gun when the agents attempted to question him.
Emerson Begolly, 21, was sitting alone in his car in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant in New Bethlehem, north of Pittsburgh, on Tuesday morning when he was approached by the agents. According to a criminal complaint filed Wednesday, Begolly was "a subject of a criminal investigation" and "agents had reason to believe he might be armed."
No specifics of the nature of the investigation, or why they thought he would be armed, but a good guess would be the words "Nazi" and "Jihad"
When the agents opened the doors of Begolly's car, according to the complaint, he allegedly "screamed immediately and reached toward his jacket." The agents thought he was reaching for a firearm...
Obviously he wanted to give the agents his business card, which he keeps in his left-side inner jacket pocket.
