Malaysian PM: embrace Islam and we can all live in peace

In so many carefully chosen words, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak tells the population that to become one nation means no tolerance of anything that might upset the bal;ance of power. 

"If we say we are tolerant of each other, that means there still exists walls that will make us fell a bit uneasy with each other.  But if we accept each other, then we can celebrate our togetherness and be fully united as Malaysians."

In other words, Islam or nothing.

PM: Move from 'tolerance to acceptance' of multi-racial M'sia



ALOR SETAR: Malaysians must break down all walls that seperate and differentiate them from each other, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

Saying that being tolerant is no longer enough, the Prime Minister invited Malaysians to embrace the spirit of total acceptance.

"If we say we are tolerant of each other, that means there still exists walls that will make us fell a bit uneasy with each other.

"But if we accept each other, then we can celebrate our togetherness and be fully united as Malaysians," he said when launching the 100 year celebration of SMJKC Keat Hwa here Thursday.

Najib said as in football, Malaysians, irrespective of any position they play in the team needed to cooperate to ensure a win.

However, he said, if one decided not to play his part and scored an own goal, then the team that is Malaysia would lose.

The team being owned by Allah, led by Islam and coached by Muhammad.
