Indonesia, the Islamic country with the largest Muslim population at 200Million is not the tolerant, multi-faith society it is presented as. The Ahmadiyah Islamic sect, prevalent in that part of the world for a long time is now under serious pressure from the dominate Sunni government. Long persecuted as not being Islamic enough, now the Indonesian Islamists are demanding, and probably will get an outright ban on the Ahmadiyah, thus paving the way for a "final solution" which will rid Indonesia of Ahmadiyah once and for all.
It also is apparant the the Islamists and jihadists are using the "blame the victim" game by saying of the Ahmadiyah; "...the Muslim sect has stirred up community conflicts". Of course, just by existing within a pure islamic society they are a threat, and must be eliminated. The community conflicts are due to the Ahmadiyah's refusal to become jihadists and Islamists, and their unwillingness to embrace Islam as defined by the Qur'an and the behavior of Muhammad.
This is not a new development, nor will it go away anytime soon. Like the Copts in Egypt, the Ahmadiyah are living with numbered days, their fate, as it stands now is in the hands of their co-religionists.

Regional Indonesian Politicians to Ban Or Curb Ahmadiyah
Regional chiefs in some Indonesian provinces are moving ahead with plans to either ban completely or restrict the activities of Ahmadiyah followers in their areas, claiming the Muslim sect has stirred up community conflicts.
The mayor of Samarinda, Sjahrie Jaang, said he would curb all Ahmadiyah activities in the East Kalimantan capital and would also soon move to close down its mosques.

“The regulation on halting the activities of the Ahmadiyah was signed today,” he told reporters after a meeting with local police, religious leaders and community representatives on Friday.
He said he would meet with Ahmadiyah leaders in the area to enforce the regulation, advising them to halt their activities and close their houses of worship.
Or what?
“This decision was taken as a form of firm action by the city administration on the Ahmadiyah issue in order to maintain security by preventing potential sources of conflict in society,” the mayor said.
When asked about the size of the Ahmadiyah community in Samarinda, Sjahrie said it was “insignificant” but if no firm action was taken immediately, it was likely to grow. “This is why we need to stop their activities now,” he said.
Supress those who are not enough the Muslim. Prevent anything outside a strict interpretation of the Qur'an and hadiths from taking hold. Stop the free exchange of ideas, even within your own belief system.

I thought Islam is the religion of Peace????? In this case I can't see that from your point of view it is not. So meaning the Qur'an and hadiths your following is it your own verion or the version of the Holly Prophet Muhammad? I'm sure that the Holly Prophet would exercise peace.
