WalMart Teams with DHS to Educate Shoppers on Jihad....wait, what?

I was more than stunned by this story, and began to think of how the WalMart greeters would deal with this: Welcome to WalMart, are you carrying and hidden explosives today?

From The Consumerist, Dec 15 by Chris Morran

"...the Department of Homeland Security has announced a partnership with Walmart "to help the American public play an active role in ensuring the safety and security of our nation."

Low prices and high priorities.

"The "If You See Something, Say Something" campaign...is a simple and effective program to engage the public and key frontline employees to identify and report indicators of terrorism..."

Now WalMart employees will be trained to identify those practicing "terrorism" which, as we know is a tactic for carnage, not the ideology which drives the act.  If would be far more effective if WalMart instead implimented programs which gave their employees the ability to indentify potentially lethal behavior based in the tenets, texts and doctrine of Islam, those identifiers which drove "terrorists" in Portland, OR, or Baltimore, or Times Square, or Detroit, or any of the myriad of acts carried out in the name of Allah.

While waiting in line to check out, you will be able to watch Janet Napolitano, head of DHS tell you just how much safer you are by shopping WalMart.

I wonder how fast Sam Walton is spinning right now.
